Vendetta is hosted on our VPS. We collect minimal data:

• Usage logs: Command execution, timestamps, error data
• Configuration data: Your settings and preferences
• No Discord data: We do not store your messages, DMs, friends list, or profile information

Important: All data is stored exclusively on our VPS. You have zero access to view or export this data directly. It exists only to keep your configuration synced across sessions.

3. how we use your data

Any data collected is used solely to:

• Improve Vendetta and fix bugs
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure security and prevent abuse

4. third-party services

Vendetta communicates with Discord's API to function. Discord collects data according to their privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Discord's terms.

5. data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. Use Vendetta at your own risk.

6. data retention & unauth

Data is stored on our VPS indefinitely. To stop using Vendetta and remove your authorization, run the /unhost slash command in Discord. This revokes your token and deletes all your data from our servers.

7. your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your configuration data at any time
• Delete all data by uninstalling Vendetta
• Request clarification about what data exists

We may update this privacy policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes.
