By using Vendetta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. no affiliation with discord

Vendetta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Discord Inc. We are a third-party tool. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.

3. user responsibility

You are solely responsible for your Discord account and any actions taken through Vendetta. You agree that:

You own the account you use Vendetta with
You will not use Vendetta to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
You understand the risks of using any third-party tool with your account

4. account termination risk

      Vendetta is a selfbot. Discord actively prohibits selfbots and self-bots in its ToS. Your account may be suspended or terminated at any time if Discord detects Vendetta activity. We are not responsible for account bans or losses.
    

5. no warranty

Vendetta is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, functionality, or safety. Use at your own risk.

6. limitation of liability

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Vendetta, including but not limited to: account bans, data loss, or any other losses.

7. prohibited uses

You agree not to use Vendetta to:

Harass, spam, or abuse other users
Distribute malware or phishing content
Bypass Discord's security or terms
Scam or fraud
Engage in any illegal activity

8. termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to Vendetta at any time, for any reason, without notice.

9. changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of Vendetta constitutes acceptance of new terms.
